Meditation for Compassion

Book Now

How to Accept and Understand Each Other

Compassion and self-compassion are acts of love and kindness. It recognizes the suffering of others and sees things as they truly are. We all want understanding, acceptance, appreciation, and approval. Without these, we may feel despairingly lonely, empty, and depressed. But understanding is primary to any relationship. Without it everything else is superficial.

Modern society can be isolating. Adding to the isolation is focusing on our busy schedules instead of spending time with loved ones. What isolates people most from one another is our own minds. Our minds are full of our own thoughts, conceptions, and judgments, preventing us from being able to truly hear or understand others.

Meditation clears our minds of blocks and barriers so we experience true understanding and compassion. Being present with each other, being able to truly listen with a clear, unbiased mind is true compassion. This is the greatest gift we give, the gift of our undistracted awareness.

Join us, learn how to clear the mind that allows you to have true compassion and understanding for others and for yourself.
