Love this class! I go almost every Monday and Friday and it’s a wonderful couple hours of my week! I love that it starts with a releasing meditation and continues with a medium paced body release. Every class has different sequence so it’s stays new and fresh. Floritza has such a soothing voice and her guidance through every move feels organic. I especially love that she guides our breath as well. I sometimes forget to breathe so it really makes a different to know when the in-breath and out-breath is meant to land during each pose. Thank you for filling my weeks with intention and attention to the body, mind and breath!
