Took the class for the first time this morning and loved it. I loved the fact that class starts with some meditation, and then goes to Yoga exercises. The group feels like family, everybody seems to know each other. Floritza’s exercises were easy to follow but challenging at times (specially the balancing ones lol). It was a great experience I hope to repeat every chance I have.
