I’ve tried a number of online yoga and meditation classes recently. I just took Floritza’s class, 12/24/21, and it’s the best by far. De-stressing, but energizing, getting me ready for the day (It starts at 9 Pacific Time). I look forward to taking it again.
It’s absolutely a stunning experience. A Meditation tour with Flori is probably the best way I can think of to start a beauty day. I really enjoyed her energy, lovely smile and sharing up and downs of life with folks in class. My heart is melting.
