This class gives me a good amount of relaxation for my mind and body at mid-day. Which is perfect, to divide my work day, to bring calmness, energize and ground my self. A big plus to this class, is Flori. She is a warm and cheerful guide. Be prepare to see her cute assistant, to show up from time to time, her dog 🙂
