RMA-Risk Management Association organized a break time workshop for its employees that included a guided meditation session conducted via Zoom. The session was led by experienced meditation instructors who provided a relaxing and calming environment for the participants. The aim was to help employees disconnect from the daily stresses of work and take a moment to focus on their wellbeing. The guided meditation included various practices, such as mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization techniques, to help participants cultivate inner peace and calmness. The session was a great opportunity for employees to engage in self-care practices and connect with their inner selves. It provided a much-needed break from the monotony of work and allowed employees to recharge and refresh their minds. The workshop also promoted a culture of mindfulness and wellbeing within the organization, emphasizing the importance of taking care of oneself to achieve optimal productivity and performance.
