Kara has been meditating for seven years, a practice that transformed her understanding of herself and opened her heart to blended family connections. After losing her mother at 27, meditation became her pathway to healing—and ultimately led her to meet her husband and embrace his extended family as her true sisters and brothers. Through meditation, she discovered that family is about the bonds we nurture and the love we choose to cultivate. She has found immense joy in her blended family, never regretting the path that brought her here. Now, Kara strives to help children grow to become confident, responsible and kind individuals through her work as a Speech-Language Pathologist but also as a future meditation guide. She believes meditation creates deeper understanding and connection within families, helping members tap into their inner strength while building bridges of love.
