This immersive, interactive experience invites participants to explore how the body holds patterns of connection and disconnection and how somatic awareness can help us develop deeper, more authentic relationships.
Participants will walk away with:
- A greater understanding of how our body’s signals affect relationships
- Embodied practices to go inward, regulate, and stay grounded
- Tools to build trust through attunement and compassionate boundaries
- Knowledge of how to let go of past hurts and reconnect, both within and with others

A 3-hour workshop to help you connect more deeply with others by learning to listen to the body. Explore the wisdom of somatic mindfulness to build trust, enhance communication, and form meaningful connections. Through grounding practices, partner exercises, and guided meditation, we’ll learn how presence heals, and how connection begins from within.
