I have recently discovered this Tuesday/Thursday AM Meditation ….. I found the group online class a refreshing reflection in mind thoughtfulness of letting go of the past and mindfully focusing on the beauty of the present moment…seeing without judgment…..looking forward to returning for my third week ….thank you THANK YOU
