First time attending and it was really great. Used to do yoga but life got in the way so now due to some unexpected life changes I’m practicing again and incorporating meditation to ease anxiety and stress so this was a great combination. Thank you so much!!

I have recently discovered this Tuesday/Thursday AM Meditation …..
