Celebrate World Mental Health Day with us as we look at our emotional health that is often neglected. Learn a powerful meditation that can eliminate the emotional unrest that may be quietly running in the background of our lives. Just as our bodies must be cleansed regularly, so do our minds. But how? Come and learn how and experience the increasing joy as the mind becomes cleansed.
You will learn how to systematically clear out the accumulated experiences that are stored in your mind and free yourself from the effect they can have on your peace and wellbeing. We will combine music, exercise, lectures and learn a self massage technique. Then you will learn and be guided through a simple meditation method that enables you to clear your mind and get rid of the roots of underlying depression, lingering anxiety and more. During the program we will break into small groups and share our thoughts and feelings together. Experienced meditation guides will share the wisdom of this meditation and guide you in the meditation practice.
