Stress is a major problem in today’s world, and the current statistics show, 77% of people regularly experience physical symptoms caused by stress. Over time, continued strain on your body from chronic stress may contribute to serious health problems. The American Psychological Association (APA) reported that stress is a direct cause to the six leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver and suicide.
This workshop aims to provide an in-depth understanding about chronic stress including current treatments and updated research studies on the condition, as well as introducing participants to a meditation method focused on cleansing stressed mind.
