I have recently discovered this Tuesday/Thursday AM Meditation ..... I found the group online class a refreshing reflection in mind thoughtfulness of letting go of the past and mindfully focusing on the beauty of the present moment...seeing without judgment.....looking forward to returning for my third week ....thank you THANK YOU

Took the class for the first time this morning and loved it. I loved the fact that class starts with some meditation, and then goes to Yoga exercises. The group feels like family, everybody seems to know each other. Floritza’s exercises were easy to follow but challenging at times (specially the balancing ones lol). It was a great experience I hope to repeat every chance I have.

What a great Yoga class 🙂 And lunch time is when I actually needed a break to stretch, exercise, and meditate, so the timing is really good.
