Dr. Jessenia De Leon

Dr. Jessenia De Leon

Dr. De Leon is a dedicated champion of mental health and holistic well-being, with over a decade of experience spanning clinical care, program development, and mindfulness practices. As a Psychology educator and holder of a PhD in Social Work, she brings a profound understanding of trauma-informed care, culturally attuned interventions, and evidence-based therapeutic strategies.

Co-founder of RnR Sisters, a curated wellness platform that harmonizes diverse solutions for personal well-being, Dr. De Leon is deeply committed to empowering individuals to cultivate balance and resilience. Her work seamlessly blends expertise in meditation, mental health equity, and clinical practice to create accessible and transformative wellness programs and resources.

Through her advocacy, Dr. De Leon inspires others to embrace mindfulness as a way of life, drawing on her extensive background in community outreach and mental health to guide practices that foster growth, connection, and inner peace.

Dave Wrathall

Dave began his meditation journey in 2017 in Long Beach California. His wife Lucy started first and then got him to come in for a free seminar. Like so many other people this Meditation has completely changed his life. In 2006 Dave lost his vision due to a rare disease. He began having many negative minds and would suffer from panic attacks. This Meditation has helped him throw away a lot of the negative minds that came from his blindness. Now he tries to give back to Meditation. He participates in Kids Meditation every Sunday. meditation has not only been a blessing to him, but his family as well. His wife and kids are all part of the Meditation family and he can see what a huge blessing this is.

Lucy De Leon

Lucy started her meditation journey 8 years ago and has been instructing meditation classes for over 5 years. After suffering loss and increased stress at work, she searched for something to help. This meditation method improved her efficiency, patience, and overall inner peace. Lucy and her husband have three kids and are both avid meditators. Meditation has helped their marriage have stronger communication and mutual understanding. She has a masters in public health and a dynamic career within the health strategy landscape.

Kara Nichols

Kara has been meditating for seven years, a practice that transformed her understanding of herself and opened her heart to blended family connections. After losing her mother at 27, meditation became her pathway to healing—and ultimately led her to meet her husband and embrace his extended family as her true sisters and brothers. Through meditation, she discovered that family is about the bonds we nurture and the love we choose to cultivate. She has found immense joy in her blended family, never regretting the path that brought her here. Now, Kara strives to help children grow to become confident, responsible and kind individuals through her work as a Speech-Language Pathologist but also as a future meditation guide. She believes meditation creates deeper understanding and connection within families, helping members tap into their inner strength while building bridges of love.
