Deb has been meditating for over 8 years. In her earlier adult years, she had lingering questions about the purpose of life and whether a truly good and peaceful place existed for everyone. She discovered that this meditation method provides the perfect solution, revealing that such a place is found within oneself and can then be shared with others. Deb began training as a meditation guide in 2019, and in 2021 started to assist Online Meditation Events as a program cohost and customer support specialist. She is grateful for the opportunity to share this meditation with others and to witness their transformation through the practice.
