Lauren

Lauren is a dedicated registered nurse and a full-time meditation instructor at the San Diego Meditation Center. As the company outreach coordinator and a meditation guide and host for “Success Meditation” and “Kids Meditation” at OnlineMeditationEvents.com, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her practice. With 14 years of meditation experience and 7 years of guiding others, Lauren is committed to sharing the joy and peace she has found through meditation.

Dr. Yu

Dr. Yu

Dr. Yu is a therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in NJ. She is a professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has many research studies published related to psychology and mind/meditation practice in children, students, and patients.

Jin / Hajeong Noh

Jin / Hajeong Noh

A meditation practitioner with over 20 years of experience, Jin began her journey in 1999 and has been guiding others for more than a decade. Through consistent practice, she has explored the layers of the mind and experienced how meditation can bring clarity, stability, and genuine inner strength.

With a professional background as a UX researcher studying human behavior and decision-making, Jin approaches meditation with both curiosity and practical insight. She views the mind as something that can be gently observed and cared for—much like the body. Over time, meditation helped her recognize patterns she once misunderstood and develop a more grounded, accepting relationship with herself.

Jin creates a calm and supportive space where participants can explore at their own pace. She aims to make meditation approachable and meaningful, helping others cultivate clarity, resilience, and a steady sense of well-being in daily life.

Nicte has been meditating for over 7 years. Now she guides and hosts for OME. Nicte calls this meditation a life-giving practice. Enabling her to overcome life’s struggles and insecurities and find lasting happiness.
