Meet Our Hosts

Lauren

Lauren is a dedicated registered nurse and a full-time meditation instructor at the San Diego Meditation Center. As the company outreach coordinator and a meditation guide and host for “Success Meditation” and “Kids Meditation” at OnlineMeditationEvents.com, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her practice. With 14 years of meditation experience and 7 years of guiding others, Lauren is committed to sharing the joy and peace she has found through meditation.

Dr. Yu

Dr. Yu

Dr. Yu is a therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in NJ. She is a professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has many research studies published related to psychology and mind/meditation practice in children, students, and patients.

Jin / Hajeong Noh

Jin / Hajeong

Jin is a meditation practitioner with over 20 years of experience, beginning her practice in 1999 and guiding others for more than a decade. With a professional background in UX research and a deep curiosity about the human mind, she approaches meditation as both a practical and transformative practice. Through consistent meditation, Jin has learned to observe and gently clear mental patterns, cultivating greater clarity, acceptance, and inner stability. She creates a calm and supportive space where participants can explore at their own pace and experience the steady sense of balance that meditation can bring to everyday life.

Nicte has been meditating for 12 years. Through her consistent practice, she has become a passionate and positive person who embraces life with gratitude. This meditation continues to help her grow inwardly and share that growth with others. She describes this meditation as a life-changing practice that helped her release negativity, heal emotional burdens, and discover lasting peace, steady faith, and genuine happiness. She has made it her purpose to support her Meditation Center and OME programs, sharing from her own journey and hoping others can experience the same lightness, healing, and hope she has found.
