Take Care of Your Mental Health

Telehealth online services are offered for convenient, accessible and reliable counseling and support:

  • Use a computer or smartphone with an internet connection to connect with a licensed provider.
  • Provide supportive assistance with psychological issues of each person (related to depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.).
  • Assist to help achieve patient-identified personal mental health objectives (stress management, relationship goals, etc.).
  • Services include individual and group therapy, using various approaches such as CBT and family therapy.

Steps to Get Started

  • Book your appointment with one of our licensed mental healthcare providers.
  • Check for your welcome email for links to two documents (Outpatient Telehealth Informed Consent & Notice of Privacy Practices & HIPAA Form) and intake form.
  • Complete and sign the Outpatient Telehealth Informed Consent & Notice of Privacy Practices & HIPAA documents. You will need to upload them when you complete your intake form.
  • Complete and submit your intake form.
  • Sign onto Zoom at the appointed time to meet your mental healthcare professional for the session.
