Hello, I’m Floritza—a passionate alkaline vegan chef, meditation practitioner, and experienced yoga instructor. Born in Honduras, I moved to the United States at 14, and from a young age, I’ve been dedicated to fitness and wellness. My journey began at 12, and my interests have since expanded to explore the powerful connection between body, mind, and nutrition.

Hi, I'm Iliana Leon. I'm passionate about meditation and living an alkaline plant-based lifestyle. My journey began when I was struggling with severe depression and anxiety, and unknowingly, I had created unhealthy eating habits that left me feeling mentally and physically sick all the time. I was at a low point, feeling lost and unsure of how to make a change.
But everything shifted when I discovered this meditation. I knew that if I worked on my mind first, I could create a stronger foundation for lasting change. I started with a "detox for the mind" and soon followed with a three-month alcohol detox. As I continued on this path, I discovered the power of an alkaline plant-based diet in healing my body.
Now, I've been practicing meditation for 10 years, been alcohol-free for 10 years, and followed an alkaline vegan lifestyle for 9 years. I'm proud to say that I've been able to overcome my health issues and achieve a greater sense of well-being. I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with you through this workshop, with the hope of inspiring others to take care of their minds, bodies, and hearts.
