In this workshop, you will learn and practice gentle yoga flows, guided meditations and breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system and enhance your wellbeing. You will also engage in reflective discussions and journaling prompts to explore various dimensions of women’s health and wellbeing, such as nutrition, hormones, stress management, mental/emotional awareness, self-acceptance and more.

Floritza Leon

Yoga Instructor, Meditation Guide, and Alkaline Vegan Chef

My name is Floritza Leon, and I am passionate about empowering women to live in harmony with themselves and others. I was born in Honduras and moved to the States when I was 14. Since I was young, I have been attracted to fitness and beauty. I started working out at the age of 12. I am interested not only in the body but also in finding peace of mind and the mind-body connection.

Currently, I'm a yoga instructor, meditation guide, and alkaline vegan chef devoted to helping women thrive in body, mind, and spirit. I'm thrilled to be launching this new online workshop focused on supporting women’s wellness through nutrition, yoga, and meditation.
